Terms of Service

• "JaWiFiZone", "we", "us" — the operator of the Service.
• "Operator" — a business or individual who registers to sell Wi-Fi vouchers through the Service.
• "Buyer" — an end customer who purchases a voucher through an Operator's connect page.
• "Voucher" — a Wi-Fi access code sold through the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Accounts are created and accessed exclusively through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use and for all activity that occurs under your JaWiFiZone account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

JaWiFiZone provides software that lets Operators sell Wi-Fi vouchers online, deliver access codes to Buyers by SMS, collect payments, and manage their networks remotely. We provide the platform; each Operator is solely responsible for their own Wi-Fi network, hardware, internet service, pricing, and the vouchers they sell.

Access to Operator features requires an active subscription. Plans, prices, and billing intervals (for example, monthly or yearly) are shown on our pricing page and are stated in Philippine Pesos. Subscription fees are charged through our payment processor at the start of each billing period and, unless cancelled, renew automatically for successive periods.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change prices on prospective notice; changes apply to the next renewal.

Buyer payments for vouchers are collected on JaWiFiZone's payment-processor account and credited to the selling Operator's balance, net of applicable fees. Operators may request payouts of available earnings to a valid payout account, subject to any minimum payout amount and to identity and compliance checks. We are not a bank and do not provide financial or investment services; funds are held and transferred solely to facilitate the Service.

• Comply with all applicable laws, including telecommunications, consumer-protection, tax, and data-protection requirements.
• Hold any licenses or permits required to resell internet access in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate business and payout information and keep it up to date.
• Handle your Buyers' personal data lawfully and honor the disclosures you make to them.
• Provide your own customer support for the Wi-Fi service you sell.

You agree not to, and not to allow others to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Sell access in violation of your internet provider's terms or any law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Send unlawful, unsolicited, or misleading messages through the Service's SMS features.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the platform except as expressly permitted.

SMS access codes are delivered through third-party mobile networks and messaging providers. While we work to deliver messages reliably, we do not guarantee that every message will be delivered instantly or without carrier-related delay or failure, and we are not liable for issues outside our reasonable control.

The Service, including its software, design, and the JaWiFiZone name and logo, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the business name and logo you upload and grant us the license needed to display them within the Service.

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, payment processing, and SMS delivery. Your use of those features may be subject to the third parties' own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JaWiFiZone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount of subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold JaWiFiZone harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your vouchers, your dealings with Buyers, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or fail to pay fees when due. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of the Philippines will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
